Dear Youth…
The biggest power in our modern world is knowledge. For this reason, to produce information and provide knowledge are vital. However, it is also essential to make a distinction between types of information and to choose the true, useful and original one from the cumulated information mass. Faculties of science and letters, which are one of the places where information is produced, are scientific centers where students are provided with education on basic information at undergraduate level and on the ways of attaining that information.
Human is at the center of science and all sciences serve for human either implicitly or explicitly. This is the main purpose of all information produced on behalf of science. Our only and final objective and wish is to make you one of those scholars who would contribute to that objective in the future.
Remember the fact that science is based on “curiosity” and “skepticism.” These are the triggering forces behind innovative ideas. To achieve this curiosity and questioning attitude is the first step on the way to becoming a scientist or scholar and university is where you will take this step. We are, as Faculty of Science and Letters, ready to make our best to support you and will certainly stand by you on your way to success…
Even though our faculty as well as our university have been recently established, we have a young and dynamic staff and team. Our current academic and administrative staff, in a sympathetic atmosphere in our rapidly developing faculty, feel excited and happy to embrace numerous innovations all together. We hope to share with you all these positive feelings and sympathetic atmosphere. We are also glad and happy to see you among us, in our faculty.
